Thiruvananthapuram: Famous Malayalam actor K S Premkumar (Kochu Preman) passed away. He was 68 years old. He died in the afternoon at a hospital in Thiruvananthapuram.
He had been suffering from respiratory problems for the past few days. He was taken to the hospital from his home this afternoon. Kochu Preman’s body has been kept at the hospital.
His debut film is Yezu Nirangal. Then he acted in about 250 films. Kochu Preman was a constant presence in Rajasenan’s films. He entered the acting field through drama. The major movies are Erattakkuttikalude Achan, Pattabhishekam, Thilakkam, Guru, Thenkashippattnam, Kalyanaraman and Chotta Mumbai.
