New Delhi: Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandavya has sent a letter to Congress MP Rahul Gandhi and Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot. The Health Ministry has suggested that the Congress party’s Bharat Jodo Yatra should be conducted following the Corona protocol.

Those participating in the yatra must remain in isolation before and after the event. Wearing mask and sanitizer usage should be enforced. Mansukh Mandaviya also asked that only those who have been vaccinated should participate in the event.

The Union Minister also stated that if it is not possible to conduct Bharat Jodo Yatra by following the above instructions, the event should be postponed. The action of the Ministry of Health is in the context of the spread of corona virus in many countries including China.

Meanwhile, the Bharat Jodo Yatra ended in Rajasthan and moved to Haryana this morning. The yatra, which started on September 7, has so far been completed in the states of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan.
