New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi wishes External Affairs Minister S.  Jaishankar on his birthday. The PM sent his wishes through Twitter on his 68th birthday. Modi tweeted that his efforts to increase India’s foreign relations and strengthen ties with the diaspora are commendable. May God bless you with long life and good health, PM added.
