Ernakulam: Passengers are in protest at Nedumbassery airport due to the delay in the departure of the Air India flight. The Nedumbassery-Dubai flight A1 133 has been delayed. The flight was supposed to depart at 9.50 am, today. The authorities said that the delay has occurred due to the engine failure.
The passengers alleged that they were informed about the technical fault in the engine only after entering inside the flight. It is reported that the temperature is very hot inside the flight and the passengers who came with babies are facing difficulties. Footage from inside the plane is already out.
This flight was from Kochi to Dubai at 9.50 am today. But the flight did not take off even after 12 pm. The Air India authorities explain that the fault has been fixed and the flight will depart soon.
