Dispur: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off the new Vande Bharat express in Assam.

Assam is all set to welcome their first Vande Bharat Express today. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag of  the new Vande Bharat train by 12:00 PM through video conference. The train will travel from Guwahathi  to New Jalpaiguri.

The new Vande Bharat in Assam  will cover 500 kilometers in 5 hours and 30 minutes. Railway Minister Aswini Vaishnav has said that the central government has planned to make 59 stations in the north southern region in world class standard.

The government will implement various scheme of rupees 70,000 Crore. With this, it will boost the tourism and enrich the social. Along with our Prime Minster, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa and the Railway Minster Aswini Vaishnav will be attending the function.
