THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Nuzarath Jahan, National Vice President of the Republican Party of India and a prominent social activist, has strongly criticized Tamil Nadu Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin’s provocative remarks concerning Sanatana Dharma.
Nuzarath Jahan conveyed her perspective through her social media posts. In a Facebook post, she questioned how Udhayanidhi Stalin, the son of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Stalin, could make comments about Sanatana Dharma.
Nuzarath Jahan emphasized that while the Srivilliputhur Andal Temple Tower (gopuram) serves as the official emblem of the Tamil Nadu government, it is unfair for Udhayanidhi to make such comments. She went on to mockingly suggest that Minister Udhayanidhi should first consider changing the official emblem of Tamil Nadu before making anti-Hindu remarks.
In more strongly worded statements, she warned that if Udhayanidhi Stalin and his DMK party attempted to eradicate ‘Sanatana Dharma,’ the DMK itself would be wiped out from our country. She likened Udhayanidhi’s remarks to ‘a dog barking at the sun’.
