New Delhi: Pro-Khalistan graffiti was discovered on September 27th, adorning the walls of the Kashmere Gate flyover in Delhi. On September 28, the Delhi Police registered a case in response to the incident and subsequently took action to remove the graffiti.

The incident came to public attention on September 27 when a video began circulating in the media, revealing derogatory graffiti on a wall. Based on the information gathered from signage boards visible in the video, the police initiated an extensive search in the vicinity and eventually located the graffiti on the Yudhishter Setu flyover, which connects Seelampur to Kashmiri Gate, as confirmed by the police.

Subsequently, the police took action to remove the graffiti and registered a First Information Report (FIR) under the pertinent sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Delhi Prevention of Defacement of Public Property Act. Ongoing investigations are currently underway.
