Ernakulam: In a devastating incident, two boats from Munambam, Ernakulam, collided with each other resulting in the death of a fisherman. Jose, a resident of Pallithottam, Kollam, is the deceased.
The incident occurred this morning when a bait boat named ‘Silver Star’ was wrecked in the collision. Another boat, ‘Naureen,’ collided with the ‘Silver Star,’ leading to this tragic accident. Remarkably, the same boat, Naureen, successfully rescued 7 other individuals who had fallen into the sea following the collision.
