Thiruvananthapuram: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a warning of thunderstorms and lightning expected in the northern districts of the state. Kozhikode, Wayanad, Kannur, and Kasaragod districts are forecasted to experience rain within the next three hours. Isolated areas may expect light to moderate rain accompanied by thunder and lightning. The IMD has cautioned about the potential for strong winds reaching speeds of up to 40 km per hour.
There are currently no rain warnings for any district today. Unlike yesterday (Nov 10), when eight districts were under rain warnings, including a yellow alert, no such warnings have been issued for today.
