Wayanad: A fatigued leopard was found in Nadavayal, Wayanad. The eight-year-old leopard was discovered in the residential area of Neervaram, Wayanad. Local people spotted the leopard around 6:30 in the morning. Forest department officials reached the spot and commenced efforts to guide the leopard to the forest.
The forest department informed that the leopard is sick and weak, and it can only be understood if there are injuries on the body by conducting a thorough examination. The forest department is making efforts to capture the leopard by using tranquilizer darts.
