Thrissur: Traffic restrictions have been imposed in the city and surrounding areas as Prime Minister Narendra Modi attends a women’s conference at Thekkinkadu Maidan, Thrissur. The restriction will be from 11.00 am tomorrow (Wednesday). Parking will not be allowed in Thekkinkadu Maidan, Swaraj Round and nearby areas from morning. Vehicles including KSRTC will be diverted.
Those going to the railway station, airport and arriving for various examinations should understand the traffic restrictions in the city in advance. The vehicles of the workers coming to the program should be parked only in the designated areas. The police also informed that action will be taken against those who park two-wheelers on the road and create traffic obstruction.
