The case against Binoy Kodiyeri: Court decision today

Mumbai: The case against Binoy Kodiyeri, the son of CPM, Kerala state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan, the court decision will come soon today. The Dindoshi branch of Mumbai City Civil and Sessions Court is attending the case. The court decision is pending after hearing the statements from the side of Binoy.
The case is an allegation of rape against Binoy, but the court barred the police from arresting Binoy till the verdict today. Every day the lady submitted lots of evidence against Binoy and also alleged that the father of her son is also Binoy. Now solid evidence as Mumbai police say is the e-mail Visa to the lady and her son provided by Binoy to the gulf and in that the proof of her husband of lady is clearly is Binoy. At the beginning of the case, the lady also said that Binoy gave more than 1lakh rupees every month as living expenses.
The women’s counsel presented the evidence in writing. The women, a native of Bihar and once lived in Dubai as a dancer in a bar.The first complaint has been lodged with the Oshiwara police on June 13 and alleging Binoy had sexually harassed after giving her shelter and also fake marriage promise. She strongly alleged that she had a son and father of that boy is Binoy and she also wants to conduct a DNA test.
