Houston: On 22 September, Narendra Modi, will address a huge crowd of 50,000 US Indians at the NRG Stadium in Houston. The mega event dubbed “Howdy Modi!” will be attended by sixty US lawmakers including first American Hindu Congresswoman, Tulsi Gabbard and Indian American Congressman Raja Krishnamoorti.
Congressmen, Senators, Governors of various states will also be present at one of the most grand and momentous events in US because there is much hype among the citizens both Indians and others. There is a keenness among business leaders and lawmakers to hear what Narendra Modi has to say.
A business head involved with the event said that it would be one of the first of its kind event in the largest stadium in Houston. He said that lots of logistics and organizational challenges has gone behind the event.
The Houston event will be the third mass event in which Modi addresses the Indian community in the United States and the first since he won the election for the second time.
