New Delhi: The bench chaired by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi will announce when, the writ petitions filed against the verdict of Sabarimala women entry will be considered. National association of Ayyappa Devotees and a private person had filed writ petitions for Sabarimala last day. The court accepted the lawyer’s request to consider the emerging crucial situations in Kerala.
The petition clearly says that the current judgement is a breach of the fundamental rights under Section 32, The court is requested to salvage the muted arguments of lacks of Ayyappa devotees. The writ petition calls for revision of the judgement made by the court without hearing what the majority of the believers has to say.
