Mumbai: A strife over the portfolio distribution, Shiv Sena leader Abdul Sattar has offered to step down as a minister from the Maha Vikas Aghadi government in Maharashtra. Sattar was upset over not being given a prominent position in the state cabinet.
A former Congress MLA, Abdul Sattar had recently taken oath as a minister of state in the tri-party alliance government in Maharashtra.
Earlier, several Congress leaders were also disappointed for not giving positions in the state cabinet.
