Agartala: Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb on Monday gave a jolt to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi after the latter criticised PM Modi’s tweet on quitting social media.
Deb took a jibe at Rahul Gandhi and tweeted, “So that’s the reason Sonia Gandhi doesn’t have any Social Media account?”

Following Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s tweet that read “This Sunday, thinking of giving up my social media accounts”, Rahul Gandhi had responded saying, “Give up hatred, not social media account?”
The netizens are baffled by PM Modi’s decision and has been urging him not to give up social media.
Modi is known for his use of social media and connects with his followers very effectively on his social media accounts. His twitter account has about 53.3 million followers making him one of the most popular leaders in the world.
