Ayodhya: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday morning took out the “Ram Lalla” idol and shifted it to a temporary structure near the Manas Bhawan in Ram Janmabhoomi premises.
The idol will be placed in the temporary structure until the completion of temple construction.
He also handed over a cheque of Rs 11 lakhs for the construction of the temple.
The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust will announce the date for “bhoomi poojan” after April 2. This year Ram Navami falls on April 2.
