Jammu: National Investigation Agency (NIA) will file a charge sheet in the 2019 Pulwama attack case today. According to sources the NIA has prepared a 13,500-page charge sheet with detailed findings.
Charge sheet contains all minute details about the terror attack, right from the hatching of conspiracy to quantity and type of explosive material used. Charge sheet also mentions the identity of mastermind and other terrorists involved in carrying out this brutal and dastardly act, cited TIMES NOW.
Pakistan-based terrorist Masood Azhar, the chief of the Jaish-e-Mohammad, and his brother Rauf Asghar have been named as the masterminds of the Pulwama terror attack in the National Investigation Agency (NIA)’s charge-sheet, reported NDTV.
In July, the NIA had informed that it has arrested the seventh accused named Bilal Ahmed Kuchey, whom the agency has termed as “a terror associate”.
The case pertains to one of the deadliest terror attacks when 22-year-old suicide bomber, Adil Ahmed Dar rammed an explosive-laden car into the CRPF convoy in Lethpora, Pulwama. 40 CRPF personnel were martyred.
