Puducherry: BJP Chief JP Nadda slammed Puduchery Chief Minister V Narayanaswamy during his one day visit to the Union Territory on Sunday calling the CM partial and ignorant

“When V Narayanaswamy was a minister in Government of India, he waived off the loan of Rs 5,000 crore of Jharkhand but he did not waive off the loan of Puduchery and now he is the Chief Minister of this Place. This kind of justice he did with Puducherry”, said Nadda in his speech.

He even slammed the Congress government and said that 52 pc of the population had been living below the poverty line while the congress rule and it changed when Vajpayee became the Prime Minister. He said Puducherry was given 70 pc grant-in-aid while BJP’ time and when Narayanaswamy became the Union Minister, it was reduced to 30 pc.

People at Puducherry is going Assembly polls later this year. Nadda visited Puducherry as part of the campaigning.
