Trinamool crosses halfway mark in West Bengal

Mamata Banerjee-led Trinamool Congress (TMC) has crossed the halfway mark in West Bengal, where the BJP seems to have made gains since the 2019 national elections, counting for which is underway.

The ruling Trinamool Congress (TMC) is leading in 204 seats while the BJP is leading in 85 seats and Sanyukt Morcha is leading in 1 seat as far latest trends.

TMC is leading on most seats in North 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas and Junglemahal. TMC is also doing extremely well in Howrah, Hooghly, Bankura Purba and Paschim Bardhaman.
