Bollywood actor Sonu Sood has extended a helping hand to Kailash Agarwal , a villager in Jhansi of Uttar Pradesh who had been infected with Covid-19.
Kailash Agarwal has tested positive for Covid-19 four days ago and his oxygen saturation levels is between 60-70. When the relatives of Kailash tried to admit him to the hospital, there are no beds available.
The villagers brought the matter to the attention of Sonu Sood on Twitter. The Bollywood actor sent an ambulance to Kailash’s house on Friday morning.
Agarwal was moved from his home to Jhansi Airport and later he arrived at Begumpet Airport in Hyderabad by an Air Ambulance at around 1600 hours last evening.
An ambulance from Hyderguda Apollo Hospital stationed at the Airport immediately rushed him to the hospital.
“Kailash is currently on a ventilator and is being treated under the supervision of senior doctors’, hospital in-charge Mohan Vemuri said on Saturday.
