Bengaluru: A distressing incident unfolded involving ISRO scientist Ashish Lamba as he commuted to his workplace. Lamba was confronted by an unsettling encounter with a scooter rider, marking an unfortunate incident.
The sequence of events transpired as Ashish’s vehicle was moving ahead when he abruptly applied the brakes to avert a collision with the scooter rider. Reacting to this manoeuvre, the rider dismounted from his scooter in a fit of anger. Subsequently, Ashish was subjected to verbal abuse and even experienced the distressing act of the individual kicking his car’s tyres.

The incident reached public attention when Ashish Lamba shared the footage of the incident on an online platform. In the video, a young man operating a vehicle without wearing a helmet can be seen abruptly toppling over. In his accompanying statement, Ashish clarified that he kicked the brake to prevent a collision. Alongside this, he shared the video along with the vehicle’s registration number, KA 03 KM 8826, on social media.
Responding to the incident, the local police acknowledged Ashish’s post on the online platform. They said that they have reviewed the video footage and are committed to taking appropriate action in response to the incident.
