Nagpur: During his address at the RSS Dussehra rally in Nagpur on Tuesday, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat expressed his concerns about the impact of cultural Marxists and proponents of the so-called “woke” ideology who, through their influence in media and academia, are negatively impacting the country’s education and culture.
Mohan Bhagwat, in his speech, characterised these cultural Marxists and woke individuals as selfish, discriminatory, and deceitful forces who are using their influence in media and academia to undermine the integrity of the nation’s educational and cultural fabric.
He went on to point out that these forces, operating under the banner of being “woke,” claim to pursue noble objectives, but their true intentions are aimed at disrupting the established order in society. According to Bhagwat, the actions of cultural Marxists result in the promotion and propagation of anarchy.
“They take control of the media and academia, and plunge education, culture, politics and social environment into confusion, chaos, and corruption,” he said.
