New Delhi: Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, the ruler of Oman, is scheduled to embark on his visit to India on the 16th of this month. The Sultan will be accompanied by ministers and senior officials.
This marks Sultan Haitham bin Tariq’s first official trip to India. The reception will take place at the Rashtrapati Bhavan, where the Sultan will be welcomed by President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. A bilateral discussion is scheduled between the King and Prime Minister Modi.
Official reports indicate that the agenda is centred on promoting comprehensive advancement and regional stability for both nations. Trade relations between the two countries have flourished as a result of long-standing mutual trust, understanding, and diplomatic ties.
