NEW DELHI: Union Minister Giriraj Singh mocked senior Congress leader and Wayanad MP Rahul Gandhi as the ‘most non-serious leader of this century’. Giriraj Singh suggested that Rahul Gandhi should have discouraged the Trinamool Congress leader from mimicking Rajya Sabha Chairman and Vice President of the country, Jagdeep Dhankar.
Giriraj Singh responded following Rahul Gandhi’s reaction to the mimicry incident.
Giriraj Singh further criticized Rahul Gandhi for claiming that the media was solely fixated on showcasing Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar’s mimicry incident. Giriraj Singh labeled the Congress MP as the most non-serious and immature leader of the century, accusing him of speaking without understanding the consequences.
Giriraj Singh emphasized that Rahul Gandhi, as a Constitutional Office Bearer, should uphold the Constitution. Criticizing Gandhi’s support for mocking the Rajya Sabha Chairman and Vice President of India, Giriraj Singh expressed his disapproval, stating that such actions are unacceptable.
Giriraj Singh mockingly questioned whether if Rahul Gandhi doesn’t understand the importance of the President, Prime Minister, and Vice President of the country now, when will he ever learn?
The Union Minister also highlighted that the issues raised by Rahul Gandhi during the 2019 Lok Sabha elections and recent assembly elections failed to resonate seriously with the people, who perceive him as a comical figure and have rejected him.
