Itanagar: Arunachal Pradesh experienced an earthquake of magnitude 4.3 on the Richter scale on Saturday morning, as reported by the National Centre for Seismology (NCS). The tremors were recorded at 10:11 am, with the epicentre located at a depth of 60 km.
The NCS provided details about the earthquake, stating, “Earthquake of Magnitude: 4.3, Occurred on 03-02-2024, 10:11:01 IST, Lat: 36.77 & Long: 97.17, Depth: 60 km, Location: 975km N of Pangin.” This information was shared via an official post on the “X” account of the NCS.
