London: In a show of solidarity and support, a car rally was organized in London to back Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Organized by the ‘Overseas Friends of BJP,’ an organization supporting the BJP, the rally saw the participation of 250 cars, marking a significant show of support ahead of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
After the Election Commission’s announcement yesterday, the ‘Overseas Friends of BJP’ organized the rally in London, which commenced from the Kuth Leva Patidar Samaj Complex in Northolt and culminated at the BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir. The event showcased the fervent support of the Indian diaspora residing in Britain, who proudly waved the Indian tricolor alongside BJP flags.
In addition to participating in the rally, UK Parliamentarian and recipient of the Padma Shri award, Bob Blackman, delivered a speech to members of the Indian diaspora gathered at the BAPS Swaminarayan Temple.
