Thiruvananthapuram: NDA candidate Rajeev Chandrasekhar on Monday, attended various social gatherings and Iftar Karunya Sangam as part of his constituency tour and campaign for the Lok Sabha elections 2024.
Rajeev Chandrasekhar, who has been relentlessly campaigning for the development of the Thiruvananthapuram constituency, started his campaign on Monday, by taking part in a community wedding ceremony of 216 brides and grooms at Venganoor Pournamikavu, Bala Tripura Sundari Devi Temple.

The NDA candidate also participated in the festivities at Kottukal Muryathottam Devi Temple, Payattuvila and joined in the Samooha Sadya (community lunch) of the Painkuni Uthram Mahotsavam at Kandan Shasta Temple in Kalliyoor.

Later, Rajeev Chandrasekhar listened to the concerns of Jayaprakash, the father of the late Pookode Veterinary College student Siddharth. Jayaprakash, who sought refuge in the NDA candidate against the cancellation of the suspension of the accused in Siddharth’s death case, was assured unwavering support for a CBI investigation into the matter.
