LDF candidate from Kollam can’t be depended according to local residents, why?

Kollam: It has been years since the road remains collapsed in front of the house of Mukesh, the LDF candidate in Kollam who claims to bring development to the constituency. The pathetic condition of the road extends to a considerable distance making even walking impossible on the road that has been in ruins for 20 years.

The road in front of CPI(M) MLA Mukesh’s house comes under the jurisdiction of the Eravipuram constituency. Despite repeated complaints from local residents, Eravipuram MLA M Naushad has not taken any action so far. Members within the CPI(M) party acknowledge that the lack of road maintenance is due to the tug-of-war and infighting between the two CPI(M) MLAs, Mukesh and Naushad.

The local residents are expressing frustration towards Mukesh, as he has failed even to effectively address the road issue directly in front of his own residence. They are questioning the credibility of the LDF candidate who cannot resolve such a seemingly simple problem while claiming to work for development in the Kollam Lok Sabha constituency.
