Palakkad: The visuals of BJP Tamil Nadu state president and NDA candidate from Coimbatore constituency K Annamalai requesting votes for Palakkad NDA candidate C Krishnakumar is making rounds on social media. Annamalai requested votes for Krishnakumar during his election campaign in the border areas of Coimbatore constituency.
When Annamalai’s election campaign reached Anakatty, which is situated right on the border of the states of Tamil Nadu and Kerala, he requested the local residents to vote for Krishnakumar, the NDA candidate for Palakkad. Many people from Attappadi had come to Anakatty to meet Annamalai which included many Malayalees too who came to meet Annamalai from the Coimbatore-Kerala border areas.
As the Lok Sabha elections are approaching, the NDA candidates in the state are busy campaigning. While the BJP is contesting in 17 out of 20 seats in Kerala, BDJS, a constituent party of NDA, is contesting in the remaining three seats.
