Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala is turning more intolerant against those who support the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA). The latest victim is a doctor from Thiruvananthapuram, who said that he is being targeted on social media by jihadi elements for supporting the CAA.
Media reports that Dr. Ranjith Vijayahari, a gastroenterology surgeon and who runs a clinic with this wife, said that he is being targeted by jihadis for his support for CAA. He took to Twitter to reveal about his ordeal.
He has already written to the Indian Medical Association and also complained to the cyber police after he and his family were targeted by some fellow doctors as well for his support to CAA.
There is an attempt by some doctors to ruin his practice as well by brainwashing the public through social media not to visit his clinic.
