Kozhikode: ABVP members marched to the Kozhikode Commissioner’s office demanding the resignation of higher education minister KT Jaleel. Eight people were injured in the lathi charge.
The police used water canon to disperse the ABVP members and resorted to lathi charge who crossed the barricade.
Police arrested ABVP state working committee member KB Rajeesh, district president Amal Manoj, district secretary Shyam Shankar and Praveen NP.
