Thiruvananthapuram: The BJP State President, K Surendran, said that the silence of the CM in the AI camera scam is due to the involvement of his office in the corruption. As the details of the connection between CM’s relative with Presadio Technologies is out, it is clear that the thief is still on the ship.
The BJP leader demanded that the Director of the company Presadio Technologies, Prakash Babu, reveal the CM’s relation to him. The financial growth of Presadio in recent times is shocking. AK Balan is talking like a local goon. It is clear that the company Al Hind backed off from the contract because Presadio was engaged in large scale corruption. The government must reply to these allegations.
K Surendran continued that the CM’s relative, who is the director of Presadio Technologies, is behind the corruption. He said that the Vigilance investigation is to destroy the evidence of the scam. He reminded that the Vigilance tried to destroy the evidence in the Wadakkanchery Life Mission case. He accused the agency of supporting the corruption of the government.
The State President demanded that the government must be ready to cancel the contract and conduct a judicial investigation. Otherwise the investigation must be handed over to central agencies.
He said that AI cameras have been installed in many other states in a transparent manner. However, in Kerala, AI cameras are installed for corruption. The test run of Troy’s camera was conducted in 2019 itself with the surety that a contract will be received.
