COCHIN: In honor of the late former Chief Minister Oommen Chandy, the Kerala High Court has decided not to hold any proceedings today. All pending cases will be addressed tomorrow.
Additionally as a tribute to the late Chief Minister, the Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB) will also remain non-operational today. Furthermore, various government offices, educational institutions, banks, public sector institutions, self-governing bodies, and statutory bodies will remain closed throughout the day.
The government has declared a two-day official mourning period to honor the memory of Oommen Chandy.
In response to the prevailing situation, all examinations that were scheduled for Tuesday in Kerala University, Mahatma Gandhi University, and Kerala Technological University have been postponed. Revised dates for these examinations will be communicated by the respective university authorities at a later time.
