Kannur: CPI(M) veteran and State Committee Member, P Jayarajan, has come out in support of Tamil Nadu Minister, Udayanidhi Stalin’s call to eradicate Sanatan Dharma. Jayarajan accused the followers of Sanatan Dharma of killing and burying people and also for segregating a majority of the people. He also asked what is wrong in Udayanidhi’s call for the eradication of Sanatan Dharma.
In a Facebook post, the communist leader has written all the usual accusations that leftists use to normally tarnish Hindutva activists in a bid to whitewash the genocidal call of Udayanidhi Stalin. Jayarajan continuously uses the term ‘Sanatani’ to hurl his accusations and abuse against Hindus and the Sanatan Dharma.
Jayarajan wrote on his social media page that Sanatanis work to hamper the progress of social progress and that RSS represents the upper caste who tried to ostracize people in the name of caste. He also said that Sanatanis used physical attacks and also mentioned that Gandhiji escaped miraculously when Sanatanis tried to bomb him.
He added that those who oppose Udayanidhi Stalin are those who do not see religious minorities and Dalits as equal citizens.
Jayarajan also criticized Congress leaders for responding to the issue and said that they are speaking without understanding the history of the country.
P. Jayarajan is a veteran communist leader and accused in the murder of RSS activist Kathiroor Manoj and also in the murder of Shukkoor. It is believed that he has been behind the political turmoil and violence in the Kannur area, especially against RSS and BJP.
However, his larger than life figure among hardcore communists has brought him, at times, against the state leadership of the CPI(M).
