THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A sexual assault case has been registered against the popular vlogger ‘Mallu Traveler.’ The woman, from Saudi Arabia, filed a complaint with the Ernakulam Central Police, alleging that Shakir Subhan, known as ‘Mallu Traveler,’ attempted to molest her at a hotel after inviting her for an interview on his YouTube channel.
According to the complaint, the incident in question occurred a week ago when Shakir Subhan invited her to a hotel in Ernakulam for an interview. At the hotel, Subhan behaved inappropriately and attempted to molest the complainant.
The police have informed the media that Shakir Subhan will be called to the police station for questioning. However, sources within the police department have stated that the vlogger is currently out of town.
But, just a few hours ago, Shakir Subhan released a video on his YouTube channel, stating that he learned about the news from other media outlets.
