New Delhi: Actor Suresh Gopi has officially announced his upcoming position as Chairman of the Satyajit Ray Film & Television Institute. He has underlined his unwavering commitment to assume this role in strict accordance with the directives laid out by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. In a heartfelt gesture, Suresh Gopi extended his thanks to the honourable Prime Minister and Home Minister for entrusting him with this significant responsibility.
He expressed his gratitude, saying, “I would like to extend my gratitude to the Prime Minister of Bharat, the Home Minister, and my friend Anurag Singh Thakur. I have been honored with the invitation to serve as the Chairman of the Satyajit Ray Film & Television Institute in Kolkata. I am fully dedicated to taking on this responsibility as per the precise instructions provided by the Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.”
Regarding his new role, Suresh Gopi affirmed that it would not impede his participation in the Gandhi Jayanti Day rally, which aims to advocate for the economically disadvantaged in Kerala. He pledged to lead the protest march and requested the support and prayers of the public.
