Palakkad: A student, identified as Marjana from Changileri , Palakkad, got injured when she fell from a private bus. The accident happened as she was trying to get off the bus. The driver started the bus before she could safely step down, leading to the student falling onto the road. The injured student said that the accident happened because the driver started the bus before she could stepdown.
Marjana sustained injuries to her hands and legs when she fell and was promptly admitted to the Mannarkkad Govt. Taluk Hospital for medical attention. The students said that this is not the first time that driver starts driving the bus before the students get off the bus.
