Ernakulam: The High Court of Kerala has issued an order for an investigation into the leakage of a memory card related to the actress assault case. In response to the victim’s plea, the court directed the District Sessions Judge to conduct a thorough inquiry into the incident. The court emphasized that the investigation should be factual, and assistance from the police or other agencies could be sought if necessary.
The High Court set a timeframe for the investigation, mandating that it be completed within a month. Additionally, the court stated that if the victim has any further complaints, they are welcome to approach the court again.
The victim had approached the High Court, expressing concern that information on the memory card had been leaked while in the custody of the trial court. The primary request in the petition was to identify who accessed the memory card without proper authorization.
