Thrissur: The District Secretary of Youth Congress was arrested for causing damage due to drunk driving. Arun Mohan (35), a native of Ayyancode, was arrested. The incident occurred yesterday evening. The local residents blocked him and handed him over to the police.
According to eyewitnesses, the careless driving of Arun Mohan caused his car to collide with two bikes. The victims included a family on one bike and a young man on another. The young man sustained serious injuries and was admitted to a private hospital in Thrissur.
