The Minister added the public not to panic, stating that services will continue in areas where alternative means of travel are not available. He made these statements while addressing the media after assuming the charges of the state Transport Minister.

KB Ganesh Kumar emphasized that making KSRTC into a profitable entity will pose a significant challenge. Moreover, the Corporation aims to explore potential private partnerships for fundraising.

The Minister again said that based on public demand, the KSRTC would extend its services to every nook and corner of the state.
