Thiruvananthapuram: BJP spokesperson Sandeep Vachspati said that February 12, 2024, is the day that lakhs of Bharatiya Janata Party workers were waiting for. Though the official inauguration of the BJP state office in Thiruvananthapuram will be held on another date, the Pravesh Puja of the State office will be held today. Sandeep Vachspati spoke about the proud moment while sharing a picture of the BJP’s new state office, ‘K G Marar Bhavan’.

“Proud moment, the day that lakhs of BJP activists have been waiting for! Although the official inauguration will be later, the functioning of the office will start on February 12 with Ganapati Homam,” Sandeep Vachaspati noted.

The new complex has been built on the site of the old state office at Aristo Junction, Thiruvananthapuram. Special pujas were held today morning while the ‘Palukachu’ ceremony is scheduled at 11.30 am. All senior leaders, including former state presidents, will attend the function. The official inauguration of the office will be held another day.

Palukachu or boiling milk is the tradition people of Kerala follow during the new house warming ceremony. Since boiling milk is considered to be bringing prosperity to the home, it has become a mandatory process in all new house opening ceremony functions.
