Pathanamthitta: BJP state president K. Surendran has extended condolences on the demise of P.G Sasikumar Varma, who was the former president of the Pandalam Palace Executive Committee and a member of the Pandalam royal family.
Expressing his grief, K. Surendran said that the Pandalam Palace Trust Chairman, Mr. Sasikumar Varma, has passed away. Sasikumar Varma was active in the socio-cultural and spiritual fields and stood firm with the Ayyappa devotees during the Sabarimala agitation.
P.G Sasikumar Varma, aged 72, breathed his last while undergoing treatment at a private medical college in Thiruvalla. He had been receiving medical care for several days due to an age-related illness.
