Thiruvananthapuram: The land of Lord Padmanabha, Thiruvananthapuram, is gearing up to welcome Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Kerala, as he is scheduled to arrive on the 27th of this month. The Prime Minister’s visit to Thiruvananthapuram is to attend the concluding ceremony of the ‘Kerala Pada Yatra’ led by BJP state president K Surendran. VV Rajesh, BJP Thiruvananthapuram District President, has affirmed that meticulous arrangements have been put in place to receive the Prime Minister.

Prime Minister Modi’s visit to Kerala comes on the heels of his historic achievements on the global stage, fulfilling all the promises he made and garnering support even from the common populace of the state. Rajesh highlighted the BJP’s successful outreach efforts, noting that residents of Thiruvananthapuram are showing a willingness to vote for the party. He further expressed confidence that individuals from Congress-CPI (M) backgrounds, with national consciousness, will also extend their support to the BJP.

The concluding session of the ‘Kerala Pada Yatra’ is slated to take place in Thiruvananthapuram, with Surendran confirming the Prime Minister’s participation during a press conference. However, details regarding the official programmes of the closing ceremony are yet to be disclosed.
