Kerala Janapaksham (Secular) will officially merge with BJP in presence of PM Modi, announces PC George

Thiruvananthapuram: PC George has announced the official merging of Kerala Janapaksham (Secular) with the BJP, which will take place in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The merging ceremony is scheduled to take place at Thiruvananthapuram Central Stadium on February 27, chaired by PM Modi and BJP State President K Surendran. BJP National President JP Nadda will also attend the event. PC George confirmed the merger announcement through social media platform Facebook, sharing related image.

Earlier, George, along with his son Adv. Shone George and Janapaksham Party Secretary George Joseph, accepted BJP membership in a ceremony held at the BJP headquarters in Delhi on January 31. The membership acceptance took place in the presence of BJP national leaders, BJP National General Secretary Radha Mohan Das Agarwal, National Secretary Anil K. Antony, BJP Kerala Prabhari Prakash Javadekar, Union Ministers V Muraleedharan and Rajeev Chandrasekhar.
