BJP candidate Rajeev Chandrasekhar vows comprehensive development plan for Thiruvananthapuram

Thiruvananthapuram: Rajeev Chandrasekhar, the BJP candidate for the Thiruvananthapuram constituency in the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections, has pledged to draft a blueprint for the holistic development of the capital city. Chandrasekhar affirmed that this blueprint will be open for public discussion and input, aiming for collective decision-making.

Highlighting his commitment to national development initiatives, Rajeev Chandrasekhar announced Thiruvananthapuram’s inclusion in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Aspirational District Programme.’ Additionally, he outlined plans to introduce skill development courses aligned with the National Education Policy, targeting students from the 6th grade onwards. Assuring constituents of progress, Chandrasekhar emphasized the implementation of national programs in crucial sectors such as health, employment, and technology.

Chandrasekhar, currently serving as the Minister of State for Electronics and Information Technology in the second Modi government, was declared the BJP candidate for Thiruvananthapuram in the party’s initial candidate list.
