London: Indian origin Rishi Sunak is all set to follow the position of Boris Johnson, the former British PM. With 118 votes, Sunak has won the top position in the fourth round of election too.
Sunak maintained the top most position in the third round of election to the Tory leadership. The 115 votes received in the third round have increased to 118 in the fourth round. Trade Minister Penny Mordaunt received 92 votes and Foreign Secretary Liz Truss received 86 votes.
The final round of polls will be conducted today. After declaring the results, the top two candidates will conduct election campaigns in support of the Tory party members across the country.
The candidate with the highest majority will become the leader of the Conservative Party and the British Prime Minister.
