Abu Dhabi: Officials have announced that they have decided to reduce electricity and natural gas rates in Abu Dhabi. The action is part of the second phase of the stimulus plan to reduce the financial impact of industrial establishments.
The concession on electricity and natural gas rates was decided through the Energy Tariff Incentive Program of the Abu Dhabi Economic Development Department.
This is a continuation of the relaxation announced in 2019 following the impact of Corona. Gas and electricity concessions are based on the economic impact of the establishment, number of skilled workers and efficiency in energy use.
