International Cricket Council on Tuesday published the list of nominees for the player of the month- January award. Indian Cricketer Rishabh Pant has managed to find his slot in the list along with England’s Joe Root and Ire Land’s Paul Stirling.
Joe Root has 426 Test runs with a strike rate of 106.50 whereas Rishabh Pant has 245 Test runs at 81.66. Stirling has 420 ODI runs at 105.00.
India’s youngster was nominated on the basis of his performance against Australia in the Test series.
