Thiruvananthapuram: Today marks the launch of Vivo’s much-anticipated premium mid-range V30 series in Bharat, with a significant emphasis on its camera capabilities. The Vivo series, Vivo V30 and Vivo V30 Pro, is poised to intensify competition with other smartphones ranging up to Rs 40,000 price segments, potentially posing challenges for rivals like Redmi and OnePlus.
The Vivo V30 is expected to feature a dual rear camera setup, featuring a 50MP primary sensor with OIS support alongside a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens. Additionally, the V30 is likely to feature a 50MP autofocus sensor on the front for enhanced selfie and video calling experiences.
Likewise, the Vivo V30 Pro is anticipated to boast a similar 6.78-inch Full HD+ OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. However, it may differentiate itself with the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset, along with support for up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
According to a report, the Vivo V30 is likely to be priced at Rs. 33,999, while the Vivo V30 Pro could hit the market at Rs. 41,999. However, if the V30 Pro’s price approaches the Rs. 40,000 mark, it might face stiff competition from other smartphones like the iQOO Neo 9 Pro and OnePlus 12R.
